Reference Group

The purpose of the Reference Group is to assist in:

  1. approving project protocols and procedures relating to site content;
  2. advising on sites to include
  3. providing guidance on how have evaluated the sites
  4. identifying the information needs of end-users
  5. evaluating the design prototypes of the site
  6. participating in ongoing testing, evaluation and needs analysis work.

Members of the Reference Group will be invited to attend occasional project meetings. They will also be asked to comment on developments between using email, by telephone and via a site e-community.

Over time, the Reference Group will move from a small, narrowly focused group to a larger group with a more hands-on role in assessing the quality of information.

We are keen to hear from people who can help with the Reference Group.
